A plain-language privacy note

This note explains what the contact form asks for, and what this preview does with it.

The form asks for your name, email address, role, topic, and message so a future inbox could reply to you. The consent checkbox is how you say that reply is welcome.

Right now the form does not send your message to a server, an email address, or another person. It stays in your browser long enough to show a thank-you note, and it is cleared if you write another note or leave the page.

Before this website is shared as a live service, connect the form to a private inbox and update this page with who receives messages, how long they are kept, and how someone can ask for a message to be deleted.

Resources on this website are educational. They are not individualized professional advice, and sending a form does not create a clinical relationship.
